DOUBLE TOFFEE DELIGHT

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecan pieces
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding (4 serving size)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan. Mix brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon.
Set aside.

Combine in mixing bowl flour, sugar, pudding mixes, baking powder
and salt.

Mix and add to pudding mixture the oil, eggs, water, and vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Place 1/2 of the batter in the greased pan and sprinkle with 1/2
of the streusel topping mixture. Add the rest of the batter and
top with remaining streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40-45
minutes.
