Fruit Filled Coffee Cake
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 can fruit pie filling, any flavour
Mix all the above ingredients together except the fruit. Grease
a jelly roll pan. Spread 1/2 of the batter in the bottom. Add
the fruit filling. Add the rest of the batter on top.
Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with a basic powder sugar
glaze.
