Coffee Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
Beat all ingredients together very well. Layer with filling in a
greased tube pan. Bake at 325 about 45 minutes.
Filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Save a few tablespoons to sprinkle on the top.
