Yum-yum Coffee Cake
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
1 cup sour cream
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients;
add to butter/sugar/eggs alternately with sour cream. Put 1/2 of
mix into greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover batter with 1/2 of Sugar Mixture.
Add rest of mix; cover with rest of sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for
35 minutes.
