3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter, softened
Preheat oven 350 Work butter with into flour, baking powder and
sugar, add egg and knead together. Roll onto cookie sheet, 1/2
inch thick. Knead the topping all until crumbly. put on top of
bottom layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes
