Easy Peach Cobbler
Melt one stick (1/2 cup) of margarine in a 9x13 pan in a 350 degree
oven. Pour a large can of peaches with the juice over the butter,
then evenly pour a dry cake mix over the peaches. I have used a
yellow cake mix and a spice cake mix, and I would think white cake
mix would work also. Do not mix. Bake in a 350 degree oven until
it looks done.
This is good warm with ice cream, especially with the spice cake
mix.
