Ingredients:
250g/9 oz flour
225g/8 oz butter
200g/7 oz sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt

Method:
- Pre heat oven to 450 F/ 230 C
- Mix all the ingredients together with your hands and knead until it is a supple ball
- Spread out equally in a round baking tin 24 cm/ 10 cm
- Decorate it with some blanched (white) almonds
- Spread 1 tbsp milk over the cake
- Bake for 20 minutes
