NO BAKE XMAS CAKE
1/2 - 3/4 lb candied pineapple
1/2 - 3/4 lb candied cherries
1 package dates
1 small can milk
40 large marshmallows
allspice (to taste)
nutmeg (to taste)
1 lb chopped pecans
1 lb box graham crackers
Place graham crackers on wax paper. Roll into crumbs with rolling
pin. Cut fruit and nuts in a pan. Add graham cracker crumbs.
Melt marshmallows in small can of milk in top of double broiler.
Mix all ingredients together. You may have to knead with your
hands. Press in a pan or back into the 1 lb. graham cracker box.
Be sure to add spices!
