Whole Nut Fruitcake

1 lb. shelled brazil nuts
1 lb. shelled whole walnuts
2 lbs. whole dates, pitted
8 oz. each red and green candied cherries
1 1/2 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large or 5 small eggs, lightly beaten

Mix eggs with dry ingredients, add in fruit and nuts. Mix well (I
use my hands). Pour into tins lined with parchment paper. Bake in
a 250 to 275=B0F oven for 2 hours. Bake with a pan of water in the
oven.

Note: I got this recipe from my grandmother, that accounts for the
variables.
