Gooey Butter Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Leave the cream cheese out so it will reach room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter one 9x13 inch cake pan.
Melt the butter slightly. Mix it with 2 of the eggs and the cake
mix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Mix the remaining 2 eggs with
the cream cheese, and the confectioner's sugar. Pour this mixture
evenly over the first mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
