Hummingbird Cake
3 cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
8 oz can crushed pineapple
2 cups ripe banana
Mix until well blended. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour
into a greased and floured 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350F for 45 to
50 minutes.
