Print this Recipe    Italian Love Cake

1 box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs ricotta cheese
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3-3/4 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
8 oz whipping cream

Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13
pan. In separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla;
mix well. Spoon over unbaked cake. Bake at 350*F. for 1 hour.
Cool. Mix instant pudding with milk; fold in whipped topping.
Spread over cake; refrigerate.

tried this cake for my fist time on christmas, it was absolutely delicious. the cake was sooooo moist. everyone who had it said the same thing. a definate keeper. Note that each day the cake taste even better, believe it or not!
