Lemon Jello Cake
1 package lemon cake mix
1 cup boiling water
1 package lemon jello
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water. Add oil to lemon cake mix.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add jello and teaspoon lemon extract.
Mix well. Bake in a 9"x13" pan for 30-40 minutes.
Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar with lemon juice to a pourable
consistency. While cake is still warm, prick the top with a fork
and drizzle the glaze all over.
