Lemon Cake
Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
small package lemon jello
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water
Mix together all ingredients, beat 4 minutes Put into greased tube
pan. Bake in 350F oven 35-40 minutes. Cool, then pierce the top of
the cooled cake with a fork. Make icing from confectioners sugar
and lemon juice, drizzle over cake.
