Lemon Poppyseed Cake
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Mix above ingredients together until smooth. Bake in a loaf pan or
Bundt pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from
pan and glaze with mixture of 5 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2
cup sugar.
