Mini Cakes
1 stick margarine
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup flour
Cream the above together till the dough is well mixed. Wrap in
wax paper and chill for 3 hours.
After three hours divide the dough into 24 portions, and drop into
mini cupcake pans, and form into a crust. Drop 1 tsp. (about) of
filling into cream cheese crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Filling
1 cup ground nuts
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together.
