Reviewer: Susan Carey from Lexington, KY I have made this recipe using sugar-free cake mix, sugar-free pudding, sugar-free whipped topping and no-added-sugar fruits. It works beautifullywith no change in the taste. There are a lot of diabetic members in my church, including myself, so we have a tasty dessert available at the potlucks. Reviewer: Anonymous from Seattle WA Cake has never been much of a favorite dessert at our house but even the kids liked this one. My only minor tweak of the recipe was to use orange cake mix instead of yellow. Next time i may use a drop of yellow food color in the topping to make it even more visually appealing.
