Orange Zucchini Cake

2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup All-Bran cereal
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. grated orange zest
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups grated zucchini

Combine flour, and other dry ingredients and set aside. In large
bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in cereal, orange zest, and
vanilla. Pour flour mixture into bowl with sugar and egg mixture
and mix. Add zucchini, and nuts and blend thoroughly. Pour into
a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35
minutes. Topping: When cool, drizzle with powdered sugar icing that
has been flavored with orange peel, if desired.
