Orange Cake

6 egg whites (3/4 c.)
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
Salt

In large bowl whip egg whites. Beat until foamy. Gradually beat
in 3/4 cup sugar. Beat to stiff peaks. In small bowl beat egg
yolks, same beater. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar. Blend flour
and orange juice and peel into egg yolks. With spatula fold yolks
into whites. Bake in ungreased tube or bundt pan. Preheat oven
at 350 degrees. 35 to 50 minutes, depends on pan. Dust with
powdered sugar.
