Pecan Cupcakes
1/2 c flour
1/3 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c broken pecan pieces
Mix and sift the first 3 ingredients. Add sugar to eggs, then the
pecans sprinkled with flour, then the flour mixture. Bake in small
greased muffin pans at 325 for about 20 minutes.
