Pineapple Banana 02

Pineapple Banana Cake
Serves: 12-16
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
2 cups mashed ripe banana (6-7 med.)
8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Heat oven to 325F. Generously grease and flour 10" bundt pan. Stir
dry ingredients together. Beat butter on med. speed for 30 seconds.
Add banana, eggs, pineapple and vanilla. Beat till combined. Add
dry ingredients. Beat on low till combined. Beat on med. speed for
1 minute. Fold in pecans. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for
70-75 minutes till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
