Pineapple Cake with Creamcheese Icing
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp soda
2 pound can crushed pineapple with the juice
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional) i dont use the nuts
Frosting
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margerine or butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Mix cake ingredients and pour in a 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 for
35 minutes. Let cool.
Cream frosting ingredients together and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
