Pistachio 03

Pistachio Cake
1 white cake mix
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding mix
1 envelope pkg. Dream Whip mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
5 eggs
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour
into greased tube pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1
hour. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before frosting.
Frosting (or use any pre-made frosting of your choice)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 box powdered sugar (or to taste)
2-3 drops of green food colouring (optional)
Beat above ingredients until smooth.
