Sock-It-To-Me Cake
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix cake mix, sugar and oil. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla;
add sour cream. Stir in pecans. Pour half of batter into greased
tube pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle brown sugar-cinnamon
mixture over batter. Add remaining batter; do not stir. Bake in
moderate oven at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes until cake tests
done. (You can also use oblong pan.)
Glaze with mixture of 1 cup confectioners sugar, 3 tablespoons of
milk, orange juice or lemon juice. Spread while cake is hot.

The cake was very moist. I used orange juice with the powered sugar. I took this to work and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe.
