Luscious Sour Cream Pound Cake

2 sticks butter, room temp
2 Tbsp butter, additional
1 cup sour cream
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp almond flavoring
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butters, sugar and flavorings until fluffy (5 minutes). Add
eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Sift flour and baking soda
together. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Spray a
10" tube pan and line bottom with sprayed wax paper. Bake 1 hour
and 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
