Hawaiian Spice Cake
6 ozs. butter
2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 large cup sugar
1 tsp ginger
2 Tbs vinegar
1/2 tsp soda in 1/2 cup warm milk
Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten egg, then flour and other
dry ingredients, then soda and lastly vinegar. Bake in moderate
oven 1 hour.
