Stawberry Cake
3/4 cups strawberries, frozen, fresh or canned
3/4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp flour
3 oz box stawberry jello (dry)
1 box 2 layer white cake mix
Mix well and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Use loaf
cake pan. Cool and ice.
Icing
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/2 box sifted powdered sugar
Beat well with mixer and ice cake when cooled.
