Strawberry 03

Strawberry Cake
1 white cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 box strawberry jello
2 cups partly thawed strawberries
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup butter
icing sugar
Mix together cake mix, jello, water, flour, oil, 1 cup of the
strawberries and beaten eggs. Pour into 9x12 greased and floured
cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center springs
back to touch. Cool.
Melt butter and add egg yolk and enough icing sugar to make of
spreading consistency. Ice cake and decorate with remaining
strawberries.
