ZUCCHINI SNACKING CAKE
1/2 cup margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
1/2 cup nuts, optional
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased floured, large cookie
sheet (with sides). Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over mixture.
Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes.
