Almond Paste
1 cup blanched almonds
2 tablespoons fruit sweetener or corn syrup
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
Process almonds in food processor until very finely ground. Mix
in sweetener and extracts. Cut butter into 6 pieces. While
processor is running, add butter pieces and process for 30 seconds
until well combined.
