ANGEL FOOD CANDY

1 cup sugar
1 cup dark Karo syrup
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil sugar, syrup and vinegar to 290 degrees. Remove from heat and
bring over to buttered pan. Add 1 teaspoon of sifted baking soda.
Pour quickly in pan. Let cool. Break in pieces and dip in chocolate.
