Cheese Fudge 02

VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nutmeats (walnuts or pecans)
Melt butter and cheese. Add other ingredients in order given.
Spread in 10 x 15 inch buttered pan.
Makes a lot of fudge! Freezes very well.
