Chocolate Crisp Fudge

125g (5 oz) butter
5 mars bars
125g (5 oz) puffed rice cereal
200g (7 oz) plain chocolate
25g (1 oz) butter

Lightly grease large glass dish, Melt the butter and the Mars Bars
in a saucepan and stir in the puffed rice. Spread into the dish
and level out on top. Melt the chocolate and the remaining 25g
butter together and pour over puffed rice cereal. Place in the
refrigerator overnight to harden then cut into pieces to serve.
