Creamy Toffee 01

Creamy Toffee
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 desertspoon white vinager
walnuts (spread over tray)
Mix and heat, stirring till dissolved. Heat till brown in colour
(stir occasionally) and until a small drop in iced water is crunchy.
Pour over walnut pieces.
