QUICK NUT FUDGE
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine all ingredients except nuts in top of double boiler. Place
over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts and mix.
Spread candy quickly in a butter 9" x 5" loaf pan. Cool; cut into
squares.
Makes 2 dozen pieces.
