Honeycomb
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons golden syrup
3 teaspoons bicarb of soda
1 Australian tablespoon = 20ml
Mix the sugar and golden syrup in a large saucepan, simmer on low
heat for 7 mins. Remove from heat and quickly add bicarb soda and
mix it in. This will foam up. Quickly pour into a well greased
8" square tin. Lining the tin with baking paper will make it easier
to remove after it is set. Leave to set.
