Potato Candy
1 potato boiled with skin on
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
peanut butter
Peel potato and mash. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Add powdered
sugar. Beat with fork. Roll out on powdered sugar, spread with
peanut butter. Roll up from one end, pinwheel fashion, slice into
1/4 inch slices.
