Nut Balls
Makes about 3 dozen.
1 cup peanut butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter
4 drops milk
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 bar paraffin
Knead together peanut butter, sugar and butter. Add milk until a
good dough is formed and shape into small balls, place on waxed
paper. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler. Using
a toothpick dip balls as to look like a kukui nut, covered in
chocolate with just the top uncovered revealing a small circle of
peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
