Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls
18 oz. jar smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar (about six cups)
2 sticks of margarine (softened)
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 slab of paraffin.
Combine the above ingredients and mix well with a mixer and then
with your hands. Take 1tsp. of mix and shape into a ball. Chill.
Melt the chips and paraffin in a bowl in microwave. Then using
toothpicks, dip the cold balls in chocolate and place on wax paper
to set. (Sets quickly in refrigerator).
