Peanut Butter Chocolate Slices
250 g peanut butter
2 oz butter, softened
300 g icing sugar
325 g semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 oz butter
Beat together peanut butter, butter and icing sugar until well
mixed. Shape into 3 logs and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for
at least half an hour.
Slice each log into one-half inch sliced. Put slice in bottom of
paper muffin liners (the small ones).
Put chocolate and butter in a bowl and set over hot but not boiling
water. Melt chocolate carefuly, stirring until smooth. Pour a
teaspoon of melted chocolate over each peanut butter slice.
Refrigerate until set.
