Peanut Butter Delights
Yield: 24 servings
1/2 c sweet butter
3/4 c evaporated milk
2 c sugar
3/4 c peanut butter
3 c quick oats
1/2 c coconut
1 ts vanilla extract
1 c mini-marshmallows
2 c chocolate chips
Place butter, milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat to a boil,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. Mix together
peanut butter, oats, coconut, vanilla, marshmallows and chocolate
chips. Add sugar mixture and stir well. Press mixture into a greased
9"x13" pan and let cool. Cut into pieces.
