PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
5 cups white sugar
1/2 cup white karo syrup
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
40 oz. jar peanut butter
3 large tablespoons marshmallow cream
Mix sugar, karo, butter and milk on low heat and cook until forms
a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add peanut butter
and marshmallow cream.
Beat until mixed well and pour into a 13 x 9 pan. Cool at room
temperature. YIELD: 5 pounds
