Peanut Butter Fudge
Yield: 64 1" squares
1/2 lb real milk chocolate
1/2 lb white compound coating
1/2 lb peanut butter
3/4 cup chopped blanched peanuts
3/4 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp salt
Melt real milk chocolate in double boiler over hot water. Melt
compound coating in separate double boiler over hot water. Combine
chocolate and compound coating; add remaining ingredients and beat
until smooth. Spread in 8" square pan.. Refrigerate until set;
cut into squares.
