Peanut Butter Log
1 lb graham crackers
1 1/2 to 2 lbs peanut butter
1 lb powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Butter, softened
Break crackers into large pieces in bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
Beat 5 minutes. Form into 3"diameter log. Roll in chopped nuts or
powdered sugar. Chill, slice into 3/8" thick slices.
