Rocky Road
1 pkg mini marshmallows (or large ones roughly chopped)
1 pkg milk chocolate melts
1 cup peanuts (unsalted preferably, but salted is OK)
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1 pkg glace cherries
Melt chocolate in microwave (check often by stirring, don't just
look, chocolate can hold it's shape and often does not look melted).
Mix all ingredients into a bowl, add chocolate, stir. Scoop into
patty pans. Let set (fridge is fastest) and enjoy!

If you are looking for a rocky road try this one!!! it is sooo easy and delicious!!! but 1 thing - you might want to add jubes!!!!!
