Print this Recipe    Rum Balls

1 pint sweet cream
1 bar semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
1 small glass dark rum (about 1/10 litre, or 4 fluid oz)
200g filberts, finely chopped
1 box vanilla cookies (blended into flour in a blender or food processor)

Roughly chop about 100g of the Baker's chocolate Bring the cream
to a boil and melt the 100g chocolate in it Add the rum and finely
chopped filberts Add enough of the cookie flour to make it a formable
mass Cool for one hour Meanwhile, finely grate the remaining baker's
chocolate and spread it evenly on a plate or cutting board Form
the cooled mixture into balls (about 1") with wet hands, and roll
in chocolate shavings. Keep cool.

These are excellent with coffee.
