Italian Sesame Seed Candy

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 lbs honey
1 1/2 lbs sesame seeds
juice of one orange
grated rind of the orange
1 lb almonds chopped/ toasted
Bring sugar and honey to a rolling boil. add the sesame seeds,
orange juice, rind and almonds and cook and stir on low bubble heat
stirring constantly. Pour mixture on a board or a sheet pan. Press
to flatten. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and let cool completely
on wax paper.
