Snowballs
3/4 cup softened butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup flour
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
powdered sugar
Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar together. Add
vanilla, water and salt. Add flour to creamed mixture. Add chips
and nuts. Form into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
