Soda Cracker Candy

35-40 soda crackers (salted or unsalted) (Saltines) 1 cup of margarine 1 cup of packed brown sugar 1-1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips 1-1.5 cups of chopped nuts
Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil and coat generously with a non-stick cooking sprary. Place crackers in rows on foil. In sauce pan melt butter; add brown sugar and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread until completely covered. Bake at 350degF for 5 min. Remove >from oven and turn off. Sprinkle with nuts and chips and return to oven until chips are melted. Remove from ove and use greased spatula to press nuts into chocolate. Cut while candy is still warm. Remove from foil when cooled completely.

The chips did not melt as much as expected, however pressing them down along with the nuts helped. Some loose pieces falling off as served. Overall, tastes wonderful and quite easy and quick to make.
