Stir occasionally. Add butter and cool to lukewarm, do not stir. After 15-20 minutes when cooled, beat vigorously until the mixture loses its gloss. Add nuts, and spread in buttered dish. Only makes a very small quantity. Quicker to make than fudge where you add butter during cooking stage. Has a slight sour aftertaste, could do with a flavour being added before stiring.
